Thanks for the reply. I've emailed the clinic but have yet to hear back. Stretching does little for me without first pressing on a lot of trigger points.

If you want to see an excellent uro in OH then go to Cleveland and see Daniel Shoskes.

Should I see a local Urologist first? Or go straight to Dr. Shoskes? Does he accept Blue Cross Blue Shield.

I did visit a local urologist mid August, and all he did was a rectal and said take Flomax and that was it. My regular Doctor said that the urologist report mentioned mild BPH at 30 grams and I was obstructed. The urologist never mentioned that to me. And how did he know that I was obstructed when all he did was a DRE. I am 54 years old by the way.

The most knowledgeable uro about our condition, in your neck of the woods, is Shoskes. To be properly assessed, see him. Call his office about the Blue Shield issue
