Age: 28 | Onset Age: 26 Symptoms: Started out with moderate pain on left side and tip of penis, plus urgency/frequency issues. These symptoms went away by 75% with time and PT. Current symptoms are pain in glutes, abdomen, and the area where the thigh meets the buttocks (?) Also, fatigue. Helped By: Lots of water, Prelief with acidic foods, hot baths, Naproxen or Ibuprofen, Elavil 25mg daily, Diazepam 2mg as needed, PT (weekly), Crystal Wand use on external TP's, stretching, walking backwards on treadmill. Worsened By: Pressure on abdomen - I unbuckle my belt a lot, which helps when sitting and driving. Sitting and driving, physical labor, caffiene.
