Tend to be more in cold climates, I believe. Or worse symptoms.
That's interesting. In that case, do you find that traffic to this site decreases when it is summer in the Northern hemisphere Mark?

Symptoms (back then): Supra-pubic pain, back pain, urinary frequency, urgency and difficulty, weak stream, nocturia, (and variously) chronic fatigue, IBS. I can tell you that the traffic to the Usenet newsgroup falls off in the US and European summer.
