Here's a great resource in Tennessee. Ragi has asked me to put her details here, so she's keen to see chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome patients:

I have heard excellent things about Dr. Doggweiler, and she's an accomplished CPPS/IC researcher.
Started: Spring 2003; high urinary frequency and pain associated with bladder filling; urinary hesitancy; pubic/prostate/perineal discomfort; Helped by: trigger point therapy, Afrin nasal spray, Cymbalta, hydrocodone (small doses), distraction. Makes worse: sex.

Not medical advice. Consult your doctor.
