After receiving an interesting email from someone who got much better using an inhaler, I want to try something with the members: an experiment with Ventolin (Salbutamol, a ß-agonist). It's a cheap, safe, over-the-counter mast cell stabiliser* that may be able to affect symptoms. Please try it 3 or 4 times a day for a week and report findings in the Poll.
Salbutamol is available as tablet, syrup, inhaler, nebulizer solution and intramuscular or intravenous injectable form.
The easiest way to get it is as an inhaler.
* See study wherein it is shown that ß-agonists can inhibit mast cells in diverse tissues

No, go ahead and take it 100 μg (1 puff) 3x (or 4x) a day for a week.
Previous papers on this chemical have had people taking 400 μg four times daily for 24 weeks (!), with no adverse events, so it's a very safe experiment.
