Internal Trigger Point Identification Project
This website has embarked on a project to get agreement on Trigger Point (TrP) locations. Please indicate the co-ordinates of your most easily identified Trigger Points using this naming convention: "B6" or C8", etc.

Started: Spring 2003; high urinary frequency and pain associated with bladder filling; urinary hesitancy; pubic/prostate/perineal discomfort; Helped by: trigger point therapy, Afrin nasal spray, Cymbalta, hydrocodone (small doses), distraction. Makes worse: sex.
