NIH initiates push for autoimmune research

NIH have allocated $609 million for autoimmune research in 2003 adding over $200 million more than in 2000.

While CP/CPPS isn't explicetly listed of course, many disorders that have been proposed as hosting similar mechanisms are.

To me at least, the timing seems right given the microbiotic milestone we've just reached

Interesting! Those are big

figures.

The strong possibility still exists that the wonder drug for CPPS or even the cure may come from research into other, seemingly unrelated conditions.
