Results from relaxing the pelvic floor

If someone's CPPS is caused by chronically tensing the pelvic floor, then shouldn't one expect to see results simply from doing moment to moment relax...login to view the rest of this post
Age: 31. Onset Age: 30. Symptoms: Severe rectal pain and voiding dysfunction, pelvic pain, urinary urgency and retention, low back pain. Symptoms started after a cervical spinal cord injury but have progressively worsened over time. I believe that some of my symptoms are not entirely from nerve damage but a result of chronic tensing/stress from my injury. Meds Gabapentin 1200mg, Flomax, Valium, Effexor, Oxycodone, Baclofen (just starting), laxitives.
