Age: 54 | Onset Age:On and off for 20 years | Symptoms:Primary pain in groin, testicles, and perineum, less frequent in penile tip and suprapubic area. | Helped By: Heat applications, some stretches (though there may be more pain initially), meditation/relaxation, trigger point work. | Worsened By: Bowel movements, ejaculation, sitting. Jury is still out on PT/internal.
