About 2.5 months after PVP (Photo-Selective Vaporization) prostate surgery, which resulted in retrograde ejaculation. A feeling of uncomfortable fullness or congestion in the linear path between the rear of my scrotum and my anus. When finger pressure is applied anywhere along this path and then released, there is a feeling of re-congestion that takes place.
