Botox injections
Sounds like an intriguing option. Do any of you know how the injections are performed? Where do they put the needle?

Flomax
Yes, Flomax does make it easier to pee but does not address the real issue of inflammation that is unknown in origin. My prostate still feels inflamed and painful and the Flomax does nothing to alleviate that part of CPPS. It does help the flow and relax the urinary "tightness" for me.
