Hello!
I was wondering about the current status of the Administrator, moderators
and the veterans of this site about your symptoms.
Since it's been a while that i've heard of progress towards healing!

Relaxation (how to?)

Helo everyone.

I am trying to find a good method to relax the pelvic floor (since I cannot visit Standford and cannot buy the relaxation tapes they use). Any ideas? (It's very forstrating to know that there is a solution and
you cannot use it)

From what I have read, I can see that you are way in your head
with stress and fear.
Do something about it.
The idea of using Valium is good. When it works and your symptoms
reduse you will be able to find the strength you to need to fight it off
AGAIN.

Yes, ""the theory of behind Glazer's therapy is that chronic pelvic tension interferes with blood flow and lymphatic circulation, and thus impedes the body's own attempts to fight off infection. The same model should be applied to prostatitis. Bacterial infections may well be the result of a myofas...

I'm becoming a druggie, but if I had to live with this awful burning without pain meds I'd kill myself. These are some of the current emotions I am now dealing with in addition to my depression/suicidal thoughts and depression due to loss of my ability to have sex because of the pain.... I think it...

Maybe whatever stressful event that plays over and over again in your head just needs to be dealt with before the other healing can take place.

Yes, I firmly believe it too!
