Need to run all the time!?

Hi all, I experienced that running for over a hour every day is the best thing I can do to decrease my frequency to pee. Therefore I ran between 1 and 2 hours per day (around 15km) over 3 months so that my frequency decreased from 14 to 7 times per day. During this time I also did external massages ...

Hi Michael,
you mean that you applied the Stanford/Wise-Anderson Protocol for about one year (including triggerpoint massages?) and then the frequency symptoms just went away?

Hey Mark,

do you mean that it doesn't affect the voluntary muscles so that there is no problem with regard to the Stanford/Wise-Anderson Protocol!?

But when it can increase problems with urinating, doesn't this mean that it tenses the muscles in the pelvis as well?

Thanx!
