intercourse - way too long

I can agree that marathon sexual sessions are a "no-no". However, without the Zoloft and the Cialis I cum within about 30 seconds. From the research that I have done supposedly with CPPS and the restricted blood flow the prostate goes into a "spasm" in an attempt to achieve an erection. That's exact...

intercourse - way too long

I have mentioned on this site previously about ED issues and painful spasms. I am a true believer that this CPPS is related to muscle spasms. I recently posted a comment that I have had my colon and rectum removed due to severe ulcerative colitis about 20 years ago. Ever since then I have had "phant...

Anal Spasms

About 20 years ago I had my colon and rectum removed. Seven years ago I was diagnosed with CPPS and have suffered ever since. An interesting effect has been "spasms"/"phantom pain" ever since where my rectum use to be. This is obviously tighening of the muscles in that area. The surgeon had to close...

Pelvic Floor

I have been reading with obvious interest all of the postings about doing internal massages (rectum, etc.) My problem is that I have no rectum and access to those muscles is impossible. I had ulcerative colitis back in the 80's and had to have my colon and rectum removed. Thus my rectum has been sow...

Meds: Klonopin vs Valium

My doctor is considering putting me on Klonopin and/or Zoloft. I have a lot of anxiety, depression and OCD. My muscles are so tight in the rectum area that I can barely achieve erections and can't sleep at night. Will the Klonopin (anti-anxiety drug) be as effective on the muscle tension as is Valiu...

Viagra/ED

I have tried Cialis in the past with good success. One of the "good" side effects from this drug is that it increases the blood supply in the nerves, muscles, etc and thus helps decrease my pain. Since it works for up to 36 hours I wish I had a truck load of them to take every 3-4 days.

Ativan, Valium or muscle relaxers

I am interested in hearing from all who have tried: Ativan, Valium and or muscle relaxers to get the pelvic floor muscles to relax. Which ones work best and which would be best to try first. My wife recently had breast implants and the surgeon gave her some Valium to take prior to surgery. When I di...

Cialis and symptom relief

Just checking to see about an interesting side effect from Cialis. I have been taking Cialis for about 1-2 weeks. Within about 15 minutes of taking a 10mg table of Cialis my rectum pain and burning subsided along with other symptoms. Has anyone ever experience this with Cialis? My erections are enor...

Sexual Dysfunction

I have suffered from prostatitis for about 8 years. The first 6 months were the worst. It started as frequent urination and then burning in the rectum area. At that time I had no sexual dysfunction and could "perform" just fine. Gradually as the years progressed to the present I am suffering from al...
