Thanks for asking Mike.....I am committed to the relaxation. It is my way of fighting back finally. It may even help my 10 year old sleep issues over time which will help my symptoms too. I am no longer going to sit back and wait for this crap to come at me. I am going to go after it. Without meds a...

Oh I can make it happen if I really need to. And may just do it. I need to try and exhaust all local resources first. I am still hopeful I can find a PT in this area, I have a few leads but am waiting on referrals from my insurance company. And I've learned in the last week that I CAN do the relaxat...

Your right all over the place tree. I am an anxious person. I was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) 10 years ago due to sleep problems. I receive 30% disability from the VA for it. I spent 25 years in the military, the last 10 basically ignoring the issue. I must deal with it now. To...

I guess it could be the placebo thing with the generic. But it happened twice and the first time I never even considered it for a few days. The second time I was a little wary as I took it and maybe was looking for it not to work. I need to just go ahead and pay the pharmacy for the brand name and f...

I guess it is not really bladder symptoms after the squat but more the muscles in that area, tend to spasm a bit after the stretch giving me the urge to pee. I take Cardura but it doesn't seem to be helping much anymore. Ever since my insurance switched me to generic I haven't gotten the relief I us...
