Re: My Experience

Can having a Cytoscopy cause CPPS Flares? The razor blade peeing feeling is almost completely gone but I have noticed pains starting up again in the usual places, and having to strain to get myself peeing. Just more side effects of the Cytoscopy maybe?

Re: My Experience

Ahh, I see.. I didn't know this. I thought that if there was some thing found in the bladder that it pointed to IC. Hmm, intersting. I'm guessing you've had a Cystoscopy in the past? Tell me.. how long does it take for this pain to go away. Everytime I have to pee I dread it cause trying to get it s...

Re: My Experience

Hey Webslave... The Urologist I went to when this all started, he gave me a Cystoscopy this morning around 8am my time and he spoke to my mom about it when she was there and said to her that he did see a little bit of irritation in my bladder.. I'm guessing this leads to more to a IC case? Your thou...

Re: My Experience

Well I thought I'd give folks an update on my status. As of right now and I am completely pain free and don't really have any symptoms. I bought the Headache in the Pelvis book and do a couple of the exercises there every other day. I've also started Cymbalta which is a Anti-depressant and Anti-Anxi...

Re: My Experience

I just got a free sample of TRinoBoost in the mail today from Farr Labs. Not sure why they randomly sent it to me but it was free so whatever.

But my question is, what the hell is this for and do I even need it? Will it help at all with CPPS?

Re: Suffering

Nice site Carb. Thanks for showing that!

Btw, your current status says you're more or less "cured" so I was wondering how you've been doing with that lately.

Re: My CPPS Stories and Experience’s

Hey Chriss, A good Quercetin Supplement has been shown to help with inflammation. It definitely helped me. Also, there is good evidence to suggest that Flower Pollen Extract helps with CPPS as well. I haven't tried it yet but have some ordered. If you look around the forums you'll see a lot of info ...

Re: My Experience

Well, I've experienced my first Flare. It was going fine for the past 2 months, had barely any pain at all, just faint discomfort from time to time, then today BAM it hit. All the familiar symptoms. Weak ejaculation, pain in my butt/rectum area. Pain at base of penis and further in and the lovely pa...

Re: My Experience

Yeah, I think so too. There isn't much they can do for me since there isn't much options yet for this condition. Webslave, I did want to ask you if you know any thing about tricyclic drugs such as Tofranil. My mother has bladder issues which is caused by stress and her Doc gave her Tofranil and she ...

Re: My Pain Story, w/ Relaxation-Related Panic Attacks

I hear a lot of good stuff about the Wise Anderson Clinic. I'd love to go but the cost is just far beyond anything I could hope to get any time soon.

Glad to hear that you are on the right path to recovery though!

I've only just started my journey with this condition.

Ok, so I'm back from the new Urologist that I was refered to and I learned this Uro is in the same group that the first and BAD Uro I went to see is.. He was a bit more helpful than the last one.. A BIT.. He did actually listen to me, but still didn't have a good bed side manner. I guess the jerks a...
