Maybe "no bacterial talk" was poor phrasing...most people here have been thoroughly tested, and have had courses of ABX without any relief (or any lasting results) and are at the point where they have to look at different courses of treatment.

Also agree that diet is huge. I've noticed big improvements over the last month after cutting out refined sugars, bread and eating less meat

they are screened after the fact. A lot more here than just W/A. No bacterial talk, but lots of different talks on neurological approaches.

Thanks, and yes, I am aware there is no science/study connecting the two - but I have talked to over 50 people who attribute the onset of symptoms to oral sex. I know that doesn't mean anything scientifically speaking, but it still makes me scratch my head and ask the question.
