I also have the coccyx pain, it starts 4 years after the start of CPPS and just after some physical internal electrical stimulation, it seems the physiotherapy (electrical stimulation) cause changing of spasm/contraction/pressure pattern in pelvic floor and led to exert an irregular load on the tail...

I guess that this type of treatment procedure can be helpful for those who have not physical major problem, and their symptoms are only neuromuscular or inflammation type. And this therapy should be mixed with relaxation, yoga, stretch...this is my understanding... for those who have stricture or an...

You could try Neurontin (gabapentin), Elavil (amitriptyline), Lyrica (pregabalin) — not necessarily in that order, and do research first.
