I found that diary foods aggravates my symptoms ,it increases gas and I get bloated and this worsens my urinary symptoms,is that common?

Guys, I want to ask, they say antibiotics have anti inflammatory effect so are they more anti iflam. than NSAIDs like Ibuprofen and voltaren?
