I just ordered QUrol and Headache book today. Sitting and driving are completely agonizing. Also I seem to get better pain relief with Tylenol versus Advil or Alleve? Anyone else experience this? Four months in now...trying and praying ...wearing me down though. What are people's experience with pai...
I am back at work and the sitting is agony. I tried to work out but just creates flares. I am depressed and the only thing that seems to help is valium and sleep. This is no way to live.
Ok. Thanks for the reassurance. I walked/ran today for a half hour. Trying to keep active. I am also trying to get myself back to work (office job) as soon as I can. I really have no urinating or ejaculation pain -- just golf ball feeling, which feels milder day by day with walking and stretching .....

I am not sure I buy this theory. It feels so localized where the prostate would be. I also had white blood cells in my semen. I am not in a good spot. I feel depressed. I am on sick leave from work. I have lost my happy and fun-loving personality. I feel totally hollowed out by this thing. But I am ...
I find I can drink coffee now and also even put Tabasco on food. I walked for 90 minutes today. My main problem is sitting perineal pain and fullness. My question is ... what the hell is this? My uro prostate feels normal now. He also said that the pain like phantom limb pain or something.
Thanks for the exercise tips. My mood has gone kind of flat. So odd because I am generally a happy and fun-loving guy. It is like my spirit has been hollowed out to a degree. I need to train my brain or something. Any suggestions?
Well --- I am going to defeat this thing! Find this site extremely helpful. And I have had some chronic pain in the past -- so this is not new. It is so fascinating how the mind can focus on a region of the body and pick up all sorts of sensations. If I focus my mind on my left knee for example I see that it ached a bit or is hit in spots. Or there might be a twinge.

Do you think that some of the symptoms may be the result of hyper focus on the genital area? I mean, remember when -- an itch a twinge a slight ache would be just that? Yes perineum pain is real but it might be helpful not to associate every twinge and tingle and itch to this thing. I think about my...
When I was ejaculating there was a clamping down. Uro theorizes urine got into prostate that way...The next day my penis hurt. Thought I had damaged my urethra. No blood or anything and urinating seemed fine -- but then it began to hurt down there. I fixated on pain and I started to develop golf bal...
I think my whole problem started when urine backed up into my prostate during oral sex. This was a traumatic suppression experience. I am two months into this and on Cipro for 30 days plus uroxol. And ibuprofren when needed. My energy is low and sitting can be excruciating. I guess my question is: c...
