Re: Help solving testicular pain puzzle

MajorSky1, the place where you feel this post-ejaculatory pain is almost identical to mine...this is the spot which was painful in the beginning, now my whole pelvis hurts...The spot is, base of the penis, more right then left, below the pubic bone, somewhere where penis is attached to body. I think...

Re: Post-ejaculation pain

Guys, I am in the same boat, as I wrote in another thread. Ejaculation as the most prominent trigger of pain, lasting several days (sometimes 2 weeks..) Horrible feeling. That was also the first initial trigger which started my pain - day after ejaculation I started to have pretty horrible pain in t...

Re: Help solving testicular pain puzzle

I feel empathy for you, MajorSky...My most prominent trigger of pain is also ejaculation, so I try to be very careful with that. Pain is culminating 2-3 days after ejaculation and last 10-12 days..Horrible feelings. My explanation is that in case of thrashed, dysfunctional and weakened pelvic floor,...

Re: Timeframe for improvement, degree of improvement

Brant, great post. Exactly matching my situation. I am also struggling with this social withdrawal, which is a mix of depression, anxiety, anger and sometimes pure exhaustion from this never-ending fight..And then comes the window of 5-6 weeks when my symptoms somehow subside and I am planning my tr...

Re: 6 years with CPPS

I dont believe that allodynia is main diagnosis, but might play a role in this havoc (as well as fibromyalgia, central senzitization etc.). General pelvic myoneuropathia with irritation of pudendal nerve is the most probable diagnosis. A lof mental aspects is also involved.

Re: 6 years with CPPS

This delayed pain initiated my investigation of pudendal neuropathy because delayed pain is sometimes a sign of neuralgic pain. Sometimes my pain started even 48 hours after the trigger (ejaculation). But when I consulted this issue with pelvic neurologist I was told that in case of pelvic pain it i...

Re: 6 years with CPPS

Thank you guys (Webslave and Caeder) for commenting my issues, I appreciate the insights of CPPS veterans. I truly believe that my case is complicated by the fact that I started PT cca 2-3 years after onset of symptoms. First year my symptoms completely vanished, before flaring up again. In most cas...

Re: Where each trigger points refer

I have similar problems, hard flaccid (changing..), tight penis inside the body, feeling of penis being pulled from right side, pain in the dorsal areas of penis, pain in ischiocavernosus...etc. Sometimes really bad pain behind the penis, more right then left, like having hard concrete lump inside m...

Re: Painful area above pubic bone / skin rolling / massage

I have also painful trigger point in at the base of penis, in the pubic area...The most effective tool was dry needling focused on muscle rectus abdominis, it helped a lot, but during current flare up the pain is back. Dorsal aspects of penis (one of my problem areas) seem to be a result of trigger ...

Re: The story so far (caedar's case)

Caedar, I thoroughly read your story, which is in many aspects similar to mine. Heavily struggling with pain in the area of ischiocavernosus muscles, penile shaft, groin region etc. No anal pain and very mild urinary symptoms (split stream, weaker stream, but no pain in urethra...). How could you tr...

Re: 6 years with CPPS

Thank you for feedback, webslave. I am not misled by PNE agenda, I know that I don't have classic entrapment in the Alcock or elsewhere higher, because my pain is not positional, sitting is mildly worsening the pain, but no devastating impact. My penile dorsal nerve might be detrimentally irritated ...

6 years with CPPS

Well it's been the 6th anniversary of my CPPS story – time to share my experiences and yield a possible feedback from you. The first signs of my pain are dating back to May 2009 – after prolonged sex with multiple orgasms and a lot of "edging" and delaying orgasms I felt discomfort/pain in the base ...

Re: jg6075's Case/Rambling Story

The copying with flare-ups is one of the most challenging tasks in this struggle...I perfectly know this feeling of emptiness when a bad flare-up strikes back after quite successful period of recovery/better time...Sometimes it seems that all the effort was waste...I had very good first four months ...
