I'm no expert, but I do definitely "catch" myself subconsciously clenching much like you said, so it's definitely not just you!

Thanks, I'll take a look at all of this. I actually might just look into a standing desk setup as well, but that probably introduces other problems.

Thanks for the help, guys. Honestly, knowing my case is fairly generic is somewhat encouraging, and any positive progress at all would be great.
