Using a wand?

How many of you are using a wand to treat internal trigger points? I have found a triggerpoint that sends incredible pain throughout my whole pelvis. I can just feel it with my long finger but I can't really treat it because my finger is too short so I'm really thinking of getting some kind of wand....
