Just passing back through

Hey guys, I was once a member here starting in 2004 (I was around 25, now I'm 38). I suffered with this s**t for about 5-6 good years, then 2-3 stragglers. but I never let it really pull me down, I got married during the time, finished law school, got a job, had kids. Kept working out. But man did i...

Re: Pencil Sized Stools

You need more soluble fiber, it creates the bulk. Metamucil has a good helping per tsp, about 3 grams, 3 tsps per day should help tremendously. Also oatmeal is high in soluble fiber. Grains and wheats are higher in insoluble, which will keep you regular, but if you get much more insoluble then you g...

Re: Long time no speak: DOING WELL

thanks fellas glad it helped....here is another important one. 21) We vets know what a trigger point means, but this confused the hell out of me when I was new and I kept thinking of a like a b-b or a bump, mine NEVER manifested that way. In my abs I could just feel very painful areas that were more...

Long time no speak: DOING WELL

For many of you who don't know me I was a moderator on this great board for probably two years, maybe a little less. I noticed as I started to get better I was spending less time and my energy to read all the long posts was waning. I removed myself and have been off enjoying life and doing my thing....

Re: Internal PT

On the link webslave provided, the middle one, the slender 7 (gotta love that name), has been a lifesaver and my final piece of my puzzle. I spend many days now symptom free and no urinary symptoms to speak of. On days I overdo it in the gym, occurs often, lol, I tighten for a bit, bath, relax with ...

Re: Dave's CPPS

superuse, that was it Kathleen Novicki, she was a super nice person and at least got me diagnosed and explained I had really bad tension, but she wants going nearly deep enough or tough enough on my trigger points, the relief would simply last an hour, but at least she gave me some hope. Tim was my ...

Re: Dave's CPPS

I'm in Cincinnati too. I saw a lady in Cincy, she mildly helped, I can't remember her name now, if you said it I would remember. I also saw someone at the Cleveland Clinic, my story resembled yours, been to local people, been to Cleveland, but I said F*ck that whole cysto thing, this is muscular and...

Re: Stanford Clinic or follow protocol learned here?

I went and it gave me my life back, I'm not 100% but I rarely think about this s**t anymore as some horrid condition. It wasn't so much the relaxation that I got out of it, but the treatment by Tim Sawyer. I thought I knew how to do it, but I had no clue and I wasn't really hitting my trigger points...

Re: How I'm Doing and My New Website

Fellas, Thanks for the well wishes. I posted and then went on vacation to Florida, it was AWESOME. Took my 3 1/2 son who I normally only get every other weekend with and we finally bonded. Good stuff and long overdo. To answer some questions: I went to the Stanford/Wise-Anderson Protocol. Huge help ...

How I'm Doing and My New Website

Hey fellas, I hope this finds all of you coping well and improving. I'm doing quite well. I hardly focus on this stuff anymore. Thats not to say I'm 100%, because I'm not. I do internal work now maybe once every two weeks and although things arent normal they are MUCH better and I pretty much dont t...

Re: Prostatitis and low testosterone?

What's the name of the supplement, I might be able to help. But webslave is right in that the issue is probably in the growth complex. However, Andro was made illegal in the states years ago by congress, there are other pro steroids still on the market or pro hormones as they call them. This smells ...

Re: A tip for all you who spasm after peeing

That may work, but it's not practical....

That just means you should practice your internal massage probably in that area. I have spasm prior to pissing, I just listened to the body and pinpointed which muscle and I hit that with light internal work now....

Good Luck
