Re: ED help me pls

I would suggest 3 times a day, do a set of each of the stretches. Morning, mid day and before bed.

Re: Hello all! New to the forum but not new to CPPS

One other thing I've noticed with feeling better is a lot more erections and my penis isn't all shrivelled all the time (like he was scared all the time), lol!!! Good luck Gary I've noticed this too, is indeed a happy sight. Question, does anyone notice any discoloration of the skin at the tip of t...

Re: Newbie - This forum is a godsend!

Good to hear Davyboy. Keep in mind, relaxation is key. Relax all those surrounding muscles as well as the pelvic muscles themselves.

Re: Tensing

Relaxation is key to ever getting better. If one does not learn to relax the pelvic muscles than the surrounding tissue and nerves will never have a proper environment to heal and work naturally. The best way to start is to create a habit, just as you would with anything. You must make a constant ef...

Re: Bossman's case - How to find a trigger point PT?

That very well could be your prostate, best thing to do is stretch the muscle and tissue around it, that as well may recreate your symptoms but will help release tight muscle and tissue that is constraining your prostate and causing pain. That could also be your perineum, which you could just press ...

Re: Gluten-Free Diet... but so Tired

I appreciate all the info guys, I will have to make some adjustments... well a lot of adjustments but anything to rid myself of the CPPS. Really though the only thing that still bothers me with the CPPS is urgency and hesitation. I do have a strong feeling its my diet affecting my bladder though so ...

Re: Gluten-Free Diet... but so Tired

Ok this all does make sense. I wake up, eat some gluten-free rice crispies with lactose free milk (milk gives me the trots rofl). Come to work, eat some chips here and there as a snack, at lunch I go to Wendys or somewhere else that has gluten "sensitive" menus, basically get a meat patty, with lett...

Gluten-Free Diet... but so Tired

So I have started a gluten-free diet due to a theory that I am intolerant/sensitive to it. Only thing is I am so damn tired now... like I am at work and I can't even keep my eyes open. What does this mean? Is my body is healing and it's taking a lot of energy to do so? Is it the lack of sugars? I s...

Heat is best in my opinion, gets the flood flowing and makes muscles more flexible.

Re: My story and a few questions

Just stick to the protocol and in no time you'll be fine. I have been dealing with this for about 5-6 years like you and I have been doing the protocol for about 5 months now and I am seeing great results. Just never give up and you'll recover. Also the book will tell you this but I'll just tell you...

Re: Thoughts on my condition, please help

Anytime that I've tried to work out since things got bad again for me, I have really paid attention to what my pelvic floor is doing while I'm exercising and I've noticed it's tightening... obviously that needs to be avoided, with the right concentration I believe it is possible to force it to relax...

Re: Newbie - This forum is a godsend!

hmm my PT said something different, in any case, do some more PT sessions, study what he or she does and then recreate it in the safety of your own home. Honestly I imagine you'd have to be doing some pretty rough therapy to damage anything, but like I said, just pay attention when your PT is doing ...

Re: My Progress *w00t*

Yep, just progressively getting better, as with all muscle injuries, it's not instantaneous... but I am definitely noticing results. Still got the annoying urgency... but in my opinion, that is the least annoying of the symptoms... and from what I read, the last to go away.
