Re: Health Alert - Get Moving to Protect Your Prostate

What do you think about rope jumping exercises? Am I wrong or it also involves tensing pelvic muscles when you jump?

Re: Normast and Pelvilen

Like you say if every IC CPPS patient would give them a 50 day try like they pretend, they will be pretty rich, right!?

Though they claim Normast can be used for other pain related conditions, so there should be more sources of feedback in theory.

Re: Direct Pressure on Prostate Recreates Symptoms

No I haven't. It looks like you tried it last year from your posts here. Has it helped? Only 1 month ago I started with Pelvilen Forte, 1 tablet a day. It has 400mg of the same main ingredient as Normast. Although for Normast they say to use 2 of them (2x600mg) first 20 days. I think its worth a tr...

Have you tried Normast? Also it has no side effects I think

Re: No pain - just constant sensation of needing to urinate

I feel myself that alcohol can have such an influence on my symptoms. So I categorically refuse to drink it. Same thing for Coffee. Will raise the number of bathrooms trip, which is high per-SE  Sometimes I just don't know what to take, while others might get coffee or alcohol drinks. So I am...

By searching: "Palmitoylethanolamide chronic pelvic" only 3 articles are found, can't figure out how much they might be related to CPPS

I also saw this product : http://www.painkillernormast.com/palmitoylethanolamide-normast-highly-effective-chronic-pain-treatment/ advertised on some IC groups on facebook. Also this one: http://www.ergomaxsupplements.com/pelvilen-forte Palmitoylethanolamide is the ingredient on both. I have started ...

Re: Health Alert - Get Moving to Protect Your Prostate

You're right but It just got my attention because of the little time it requires. I might try the routine without that exerc. just for test.

Basically are the abdominal exercises the ones who hit the pelvic muscles much more then the others?

Re: Health Alert - Get Moving to Protect Your Prostate

I started to do a routine for beginners I saw on Youtube: 6ErRoLfWKTU Its composed of 4 exercises and it lasts max 10 min. But I think that after trying it for 2 times it gave me a flare this weekend. Especially the second exercise (3:50) might be the most problematic one. Can you have a look websla...

Re: No pain - just constant sensation of needing to urinate

Hello yoink15 I think the fact that you have brought urinary frequency to such manageable levels, I mean 3-4 hours during day without peeing seems remarkable to me. Unfortunately I am still not ready to go for this protocol on the Netherlands clinic in Europe (I think mine looks like mild IC symptom...

Re: Video games & involuntary motions

I do not move the body, but I notice that when I have to make a decisive point during the game, or breaking a record or other decisive situation for the game, It creates such emotions and It looks to me that I try to contract some muscle down at the pelvis (like trying to stand up)

Re: Anyone suffered with candida?

Just one more thing, have you check for parasites of the intestine like Giardia Lamblia or others? You may want to exclude this possibility also. As for the diet, you might stick to it for 2-3 week. For sure you will feel worse then before during this time (thats the way this diets work), but later ...
