Maybe based on weight for some yes (heavy people won't want to get a soft one), but I am not overweight at all and I got a firm one. For me I suspected the soft one may sink too much and loose the gap which is very important and also not hold weight as well as they are not very big. I found this wit...

Yeah buy one everyone  I sat all day at the computer today in ease thanks to this little cushion. Still needed breaks but not as many. If you use a computer all day you need to get one of these it's a must. IMO it's Superior weight distribution is why it works so well over the round cushion. :...

The BPSA lobby page will try to address this issue as I say please post ideas for that page. There is IC experts BTW there is a UK IC web sites with doc...

There is not much interest in the UK yet, the urologists are banging there heads against a wall praying for a doctor to refer us guys to, they all say that to me. They need some one to teach them also in general urology better ways to work with CPPS but mainly we need an expert to get a few UK natio...

I have something similar to that chair but don't use it didn't work for me. Wish someone would invent a CPPS chair. I have to use a computer so much I am considering finding someone to build me a office desk and chair system to my specs. The world is not designed for CPPS sufferers to sit down unfor...

So how long have you been taking the Serep. for Mike? No side effects at all? And why do you think it's helping? Inflammation is my belief of why it helps a good comparison is that it's like an NSAID. NSADIS help me, so this does too without the side effects or risk AFAIK from my research. Side eff...

I take it with algonot and they seem to compliment each other no conflicts I notice in fact it's great because Serrapeptase fills the gaps in the day as I just take Algonot at morning and night. Look for a good brand and take plenty 1 pill does nothing I take 3 200mg pills at a time. I read one arti...

Melatonin

Has anyone got any info on Melatonin?

I am reading up on the anti-inflammatory effects of it on PubMed but as it's on the main site maybe someone has personal experience of it?

I'll share my findings if I come upon anything I think should be shared.
