Interesting article. I think there's a lot of validity to treating neuropsychiatric disorder with opioid receptor agonists. More research needs to be done on the transmitter biomechanical level. They are addictive AND degranulate mast cells. Two very bad things. I can tell you how bad addiction is, as I was an opium eater and percocet popper for years. Quit 2 years ago. Hardest thing I've every done: shakes, sweats, fatigue, emetic, spastic, etc. I was young then and ignorantly self medicat...
