internal massage vs pudendal neuralgia

Do you think it is dangerous for someone who has pudendal neuralgia to do internal trigger point release on their own?

Another thing that is happening is that I found some sore muscles around the coccyx... I worked them out... They improved... But n...

1-Today I went for the first time to a physiotherapist. . Has you can understand, it is hard to find someone here in Portugal that is aware of the Stanford/Wise-Anderson Protocol. However he was quite humble. . And he said he is going to study my case. Next session I will bring to him the Wise book,...

1- Lets say, someone has bacteria in the prostate, do they feel pain on the muscles around the coccyx too?

2- just to clarify, every type of non-bacterial prostatitis is considered for you has a muscle problem?

Definitely worth a try if you havent already tried getting off these god damn pills.
Sorry I'm a bit lost... You just stop taking that pills and you feeling 100%? Or you taking anything specially good for you?

I really understand the muscular/anxiety desorder concept. And I believe in it. However... If I have calcification... I believe I have to get rid of it too.. Or will the trigger point release take the calcification off?

Any tips for inflammation and calcification? I am taking now. TAVANIC (prescribed by the doctor, I guess for the calcification) + Fish oil with garlic capsules + 2 spoons of olive oil (I read at some success post) + Liquid Magnesium + potato, pumpkin juice + stretches.
