Post Defecation Symptoms, PT question.

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone who had symptoms that were significantly worse post defecation could answer a question. When is it best to do self, internal PT? Before defecating in the day, or after?

Cool thanks for the replies. Doesnt seem to be doing that much for me either. Congrats on being mostly discomfort free Bobby. I desperately need trigger point therapy as I think it would help me massively, but no one in England seems to do it! sigh

Thanks for the reply. Out of intetest did u share the symptoms of excessive hunger (as this is the worst part for me), or was it mostly stomach pains?
