How long can you take glucosamine and chrondroitin before you take a break? I know that it is advisable to take a break from quercetin. What about the above supplements, advise needed. Be careful not to reduce the explanation of CPPS with just prolonged sexual activity. I think that prolonged sexual activity was one of my main causes of CPPS, but not the only one. This condition on most occasions is multifactural. Diet, lifestyle and so on.

Has anyone experienced pain when you push in at the top of the pubic bone, where the bladder is situated? I just brought the above product, its strength is 400mg, you said yours were 200mg. I brought them from the above website. Did you get the dosage/amount mg right? Just for dosage reasons.
