Tinnitus another sign of stress?

I noticed a ringing in my ears last couple days and from what I been reading sounds like tinnitus. Only started happening after I started swimming so will stop and see if it improves. From what I read stress, high blood pressure can cause this. People recommend not thinking about it and will improve...

Very cool bro! Glad Chrissy could help. Just my theory but change in your personal life and outlook on life was big difference. Do you feel more relaxed overal making such drastic changes in personnel life and that was the major thing that helped you recover?

Re: Any Physical therapists in England?

Bill is the only one I ever heard on a few web sights. Just like here in the states sometimes you have to travel to get help. People travel to Stanford from all over the world. If Bill helped you before then I would go back and see what he can do to help and teach you something to do at home. People...

I have been taking about 5mg for the last week and still tired throughout day and having crazy dreams. carl do these symptoms improve over time? its funny I did not think 5mg would have such an effect on me. I can't imagine taking 25mg I would be a zombie! It does help with frequency though even at ...

Re: Self Physical Therapy

I have had success with self external work on abs but I dont know if my internal work helped or not. It feels so different when my PT does internal work on me and I really dont see how I could have the same results myself as when she works on me. I mean she can feel trigger point, when you use tool ...

Re: those with frequency

Gary not too strange to have to go in shower, are you thinking too much? Really bro just go when you have to and relax it may help. I know people that go all the time and they don't even care. I think I focused too much on it? Just a thought . . . . :-D

Re: those with frequency

I think you need to get to PT and get checked out, pills will help but won't fix you for good. In fact some say the alpha blockers made them worse. a lot of people hope there is some magic pill that will take away all there problems but I think only dedication to the protocal and relaxation(proper) ...

IBS and Gas

I think I have a mild case of IBS because my BM's are not regular, either I dont go all day or a few times. I thought it might be the muscles spams in there but do have some other digestive problems like acid reflux so whole digestive thing gets out of whack if I eat bad and not taking care of mysel...

Re: Alternative to SP - Dr. Glazer & Biofeedback

Biofeedback has helped men on this board, I just can't remember who exactly. In fact I was going to try it because of some of the posts I read. I do not believe it is a substitute for PT which has been huge for me.

I would like a recording of that to listen to at night before bed! You should start selling CD's I think it would help me because just listening to a cd with positive reinforcement at night has helped me sleep.

Re: rellis update

Way to go Randy and glad you are improving. Stick with the program and try not to get depressed if you have little set backs. Glad Chrissy could help, we are lucky to have PT so close who understands this condition. I would say give motorcross a try but my buds who ride say it beats your body up pre...
