Re: Reminder about relaxation

Most important part you could argue and definitely my biggest challenge. I have found some good cd's to listen to at night (Emmet Miller, Steven Halpern- Letting go of stress) works great for me and walks you through breathing and relaxation technique's to train the body to relax, I believe this is ...

Re: Lying down feels worse than sitting down?..

I also think my pelvis is out of aligment and when I lay down it just puts pressure on it and other muscles and even my bladder. When my frequency ramped up last week it was worse at night when I lying down. I went to pt and chiro and stretched out my lower back and hips and seemed to really help. I...

Re: Lying down feels worse than sitting down?..

I got those too and webslave is right again. I felt almost like a fluttering in my abs then things began getting better and better. I think you should try and do some walking to get blood flowing and do some stretching of the abs. I went through ups and downs too, I'm sure all the guys here did . .j...

Re: Just went on a date...so frustrating!

I think you maybe making too much of dating and worrying about it so much and what she will think. It sounds like your stress and anxiety ramps up when you start dating? and makes everthing flare up? It is just a date and having some fun so I wouldnt worry about telling her about anything. I'm sure ...

Re: 3 years w/ Frequent Urination - Advice please

It will take a lot of visits with a trained pt to fix things sorry to say. You can try it yourself but I am convinced I could not do what my PT does. People may not agree with me but nothing like someone who knows what they are doing. No way could I replicate what my PT does for me!! I wish I could ...

Re: My progress (Calguy's Case)

My PT is going to start program for TMJ and did get night guard already. I went to a specialist and he said if I do it is so slight that it is probably do to teeth grinding. Its just crazy to me, how what I believe is anxiety, can cause so many issues! :62_58_40: One thing I did find is that when it...

Now I have TMJ, all related to anxiety?

So about a month ago I developed TMJ and it has been a really bummer cause I was really turning the corner with CPPS. I have a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and was getting tension headaches when this all started. I have pretty much got my symptoms under control with massage and PT and rel...

Re: Do I have CPPS?

Do the scope, tell them to knock you out if you have to! You will wake up and won't know what happened. At least you can rule out a lot of things that way. The fact that Xanax and valium help you probably means you have CPPS and can get help here. I would try everything on the sight and find a PT or...

Re: Hemorrhoids-To Treat or Not to Treat

Ya chronic pain and not getting better, I just didn't expect it to cause me so many problems. It could have been all the tension I had been focusing on in the area before and after the surgery. I'm sure I was clenching from all the discomfort. After it was just not getting better, different discomfo...

Re: Hemorrhoids-To Treat or Not to Treat

I had surgery for an internal hemmorrhoid where they staple the skin and I guess that cuts off blood to it. 1 year later I developed CPPS, I am convinced this was the main reason I developed CPPS. I remember everything was so tight internally for a long time. Also during my pt treatment she really w...

Re: Any Physical therapists in England?

After I got relief from PT I think that gave me relief to go forward with serious meditation and that it is going to help. Understand that the financial thing is even more stress and there is other options. I am doing great and will post my success! If you can affford it go to DR. Wise but if not us...
