Re: Celiacs disease and CPPS?

I have searched a bit about it. Does anyone know if gluten damage is reversible ? For example if I eat gluten for 3 months, stopping and starting for diet reasons would my stopping of gluten intake reverse symptoms or will damage become permanent?

Celiacs disease and CPPS?

It seems after researching it a bit that maybe sometimes these can be linked together? A lot of symptoms of celiacs seem apparent in me with combination of CPPS. Bowel problems, sexual problems and stomach pains all seem to be related to the amount of gluten I eat. Anyone else had ease of similar sy...

Re: Need to get this off my chest

Its quite aggravating and inconvienent, but really only inconvienent. I'm sure dates will be fine, one thing that I believe helped me was flax seed oil.(i drink ...

I know of bodybuilding supplements with this. I avoid them like the plague, you are correct, this stuff is designed to promote inflammation, which working out does in and of itself. This compounds it under the theory inflammation is needed to promote growth responses. As inflammation is a big probl...

Arachidonic Acid

This is a supplement I'm taking I'm not sure if its going to worsen my symptoms. Its supposedly increase inflammation in muscles after weight training to increase stimulation. I'm not sure how often my pelvic floor muscles are involved, but does muscle inflammation have a direct impact on symptoms?

I've had other prostatitis pains in the pass but the real only thing affecting me now is urgency / burning in urethra also apparently during sex seems to be irritated/stimulated instantly. Is it possible it could be from a urethra obstruction? I was thinki...

I would say yes TJ. Often when I go through a stressful time I feel fine physically until AFTER the stress passes, and then the physical manifestations appear. i think your right but its hard to become a master of controlling stress. I seem to be in a stressful environment. P.S also on the frequent...

For men like us, stress causes the pelvic nerves to malfunction, so stress must be controlled by deliberate relaxation (such as Wise's paradoxical relaxation, meditation CDs, etc). Trigger points go hand-in-hand with stress, and should be resolved by trigger point therapy and special stretches. Als...

Is this just due to relaxation over time? I am a very stressed person, I practice breathing but seems like it is not controllable at all in some most runs.

(i used to take a full pill 2x a day many years ago without problems. I was also given VESIcare for urinary frequency also caused extreme bladder pain....
