Anyone had aThermography???

I was wondering if anyone has had a thermography done or other type of x ray that senses heat differentiation. With CPPS there is going to be inflammation at the active site. Wouldn't it be possible to measure abnormal heat differences in the pelvic floor? When I am inflamed I can feel the heat comi...

I am actually getting this done by Dr Jordan in L.A. next week ( pelvic floor muscles) . I have been seeing a physical therapist for the past 6 months and she wrote a report to him about which muscles are consistantly tight. Think it helps big time to have a PT report with this. I will keep everyone...

All this time though I've had a pressure deep in my abdomen on the right side and also what feels like right-sided nerve pain. When I drink coffee the pressure gets worse and ejaculate gets less which leads me to believe its the seminal vesicle. This nerve pain is relieved somewhat by stretching an...

"Golfball sensation"=uncomfortable erections &

I can't get rid of this "golfball sensation". I have read the many posts about this being trigger points in the pelvic floor but mine seem different. I have been seeing a physical therapist once a week for internal/external trigger point therapy for the past three months. Also stretch 1-2 times dail...

Bubbly Urine?

I have noticed my urine is extremely bubbly for the past 7-8 months, like a bubble bath sometimes, especially in the morning. I read that it could be a sign of excess protein in the urine and kidney disease. Does anyone else have this? Wonder if this is related to CPPS? Before my symptoms hit me har...

I did a search for CPPS and only came up with 8 studies. If CPPS is so commen in men , why is there only 8 studies? Does anyone know how much money and attention is being looked into finding the entity of CPPS? Ryan

Thanks for that info, Ryan. I certainly agree about the health industry reform. You can buy Elavil (generic name is amitriptyline ) at Wal*Mart for $4. http://www.walmart.com/catalog/catalog.gsp?cat=546834 yes but you can't buy it in suppository form. But I need to get it compounded at a specialty ...

Elavil/Baclofen suppository HELPS!

I haven't read about Elavil in a suppository form here. My GI doc prescribed me this suppository. At first I was a little mad cause its not so convenient as popping a pill but...I called the pharmacist and she told me there is less side affects with Elavil in the suppository form. It helps sooo much...
