I'm on high doses of Indomethacin at the moment because I tried to control this flare up with Valium and Paracetamol (as I mentioned in another post).

Problem is it is giving me headache and making me dizzy, also feel a little sick.

I've got 3 different NSAID I've been taking (never together!!). Ibuprofen Voltaren Indomethacin I guess that is also the order of strength they have on me. The indomethacin is very strong and can usually take out pain the same day and within 2-3 days most symptoms are gone but I dont like using it a...

How does it stop???

I have read in another post that usually its the pain that goes first then the frequency, but since I started PT I seem to be able to control the frequency a bit better even when in a lot of pain. But I think its just because I know now that I dont really need to go and so just sit and bear it. I've...

NSAID

I know this subject has been talked about on many occasions, but from what I have seen through the forum most of the posts are from 2003. Are there any here who posted back in 2003 and are still taking NSAID's?? In my case its the only thing that keeps me going, I have tried other medicines but alwa...

I've never thought about this although heard a lot of people talking about it. I know one thing for sure I used to go for number 2's about 3-4 times per day and my wife used to tell me I spent all day in the toilet. I did notice that after things like pasta I tended to have a bad stomach and I would...

Talking of internal work, before I did my first PT session of internal work my therapist asked me to do an enema at home, so I bought the kit and gave it a go. First time for this and as someone mentions its amazing how sticking things up the ass seems to be almost normal now. Anyway it seemed to re...

The internal work she has done on me has come up with very little in the way of TP's. Seems that most of my problem is exterior. My cycle still seems to be one good week one bad. The bad week is just starting and I can notice the first signs of it getting worse, this time I'm going to try to stop it...

YEs damage is probably wrong word, what I mean is it's not like its supposed to be. Also when I say fibres I kind if literally translated it from what my PT told me (in Spanish), she means tendons and muscles. In yesterdays session she found a further point which transmits pain to the same area, it ...

My PT progress to date

Hi all, I've been doing PT now for about 8 sessions and for the moment I think I have noticed a small improvement, although I still seem to be stuck in the same cycle of one good week followed by one bad week. During my PT my therapist has found that in general I have a a lot of muscles / tendons wh...

Good one week bad the next

I seem to have one week where I feel relatively OK (pain in pelvis but no frequency problems or pain on urination). Then after about a week I get worse and I get frequency problems and very painful urinations. When this happens I start taking NSAID and after about 4 days it goes back to being bearab...
