I have always felt an avoidance of relaxation a small time after a bowel movement and thought this quite normal. I have a lot of changes to make in order to realise what will help me by the looks of it!

Wow Thanks guys for the very quick responses. Webslave, apologies if it simply stated it in your link and I have missed it but would someone with myoneuropathy show actual physical signs of prostate inflammation, or just the symptoms similar to that in prostate inflammation? I have always had issues...
