I find melatonin much more effective than anything else when it comes to sleeping at night... 3mg's or 5mg's has helped me cut my anti-anxiety dosage in half and I expect to be off it soon...

I would also stay away from the kegels.... what may help is to really concentrate on relaxing your pelvic muscles while you do the HITP stretches (it's easier than it sounds).... you may find that what you initially thought was a relaxed position was in fact somehwhat clenched or tense.....

Yes, when I'm experiencing a bad flare I often have chills and fever and have woke up in a sweat a number of times... this has also sometimes been accompanied by tingling in my extremeties or some pretty intense shaking...
