Re: eyelid redness/swelling

I'm going to talk with him tomorrow night and get as much detailed info possible. Correct me if I'm wrong but I must have read something about Dr. Shoskes prescribing immunosupressive drugs to some of his patients; some of which had complete remission. Again I could be dead wrong but I remember read...

Re: eyelid redness/swelling

My mother recently confided to her voice coach about my problem and turns out he too suffered from CPPS. Like Popburner had irritation in the eyes along with the typical urinary and pelvic pain problems here.

Suffered for 4 years until he went on immunomodulatory drugs.

He's been fine for years.

Re: Inflammation And Interleukin 6

The paper comes from the Department of Urology, Ludwig-Boltzmann Institute for Urology and Andrology, Hospital Hietzing, Vienna, Austria which should say something about those who conducted the research but hey, I'm not saying infection is the culprit. This is just food for thought.

Re: MY PT UPDATE (Rufus Case)

Hi Jay, I've been told by fellow posters that not all PTs know what they're doing if the treatment didn't work or recreate my symptoms. Something to do with fingers being short... It wasn't a supposition of my own in going into physical therapy but was told to me after about 10 out of 20 or so sessi...

Re: MY PT UPDATE (Rufus Case)

Update: The foreign disease specialist I saw who suspected parasites tested me for strongyloidis and although the stool sample and mucus discharge from the anus is indicative of a parasite(s) the blood test could not confirm it. My sister who is a vet went on a trip to mexico years ago with her fian...

Re: MY PT UPDATE (Rufus Case)

I would normally agree but again, my groin pain all started after picking up my wife. It was sudden and sharp and the pain soon after traveled from the lower abdomen to the groin. I'm just trying to piece the puzzle together. How dangerous would it be for a surgeon to open me up and check out my abd...

Re: MY PT UPDATE (Rufus Case)

Getting back to the hernia theory... I've seen 4 surgeons. 2 could not find anything. 1 who specializes in hernias told me that I have a bilateral reducible inguinal hernia. The problem is I went to see her while she was in the USA for a conference from Germany. Her name is Dr. Ulrike Muschawek. I o...

Re: MY PT UPDATE (Rufus Case)

Two confirmed blood test should reveal a third. In all probability got them while in India. Testicle pain started in 11/05 butt burn in 5/06 at the end of my trip. If it's CPPS could be a matter of the butt burn just starting 6 months later or the two are not related at all... I find out Monday or T...
