The clinic was held from the 21st - 26th this month. If he's even able to retrieve his emails/voice mails during this time, I'd be willing to bet he doesn't follow up with them till after the clinic is done.

3-6 times a day?!? I guess if I only had a couple of small points to work on I could manage that, but I still think that's a bit much. I've just been doing this for about a month now, but I go at it once a day, usually 6 days a week. I spend about an hour to an hour and a half. I start with around m...

Rest those shoulders...

It's amazing the things you just don't think about sometimes. I've been getting some great relief from trigger point therapy and stretching, but my abdominals seem to keep raising, which in turn, raises my pelvis. A couple of days ago I was just standing there thinking about other areas of my body a...

I've been back now for a week and been very pro-active at doing my homework. My abdominals and entire internal section are my biggest problem areas which is what I had suspected. With the exception of Friday night, I've been doing both internal and external work on myself every evening, and though I...

Update from my hotel in Sebastopol...

Well, I'm here... And I cannot express in words the amazing energy that I feel right now. After a year of dealing with these issues, I am finally tackling it head on, and after just two days of internal/external work by Tim Sawyer, I can say I feel improvement. It's not dramatic, but each day I noti...

Allow me to intervene in my thread if I may... :wink2: Thank you both for your opinions. Both have given me a push on where I need to go next. Sleeper, I think what you said about taking the uroxatral and valium are valid as advised by my urologist, and I am going to try them again with the addition...

I could not tolerate the side effects of the valium and the uroxatral. The valium seemed to help minimally, but it causes me worst constipation I've ever had. If I take a low dosage of 2mg one night, I'm blocked up for several days. The uroxatral also had minimal benefits and horrible side effects. ...

Questions Regarding Physical Therapy

Well, I was lucky enough to find a PT in my area....more specifically, in the same office complex that I work in. My primary symptom I experience is urinary hesitancy. Then once it starts it often stops and starts again once or twice. My questions are: My insurance will not cover this, and at $100/s...

Hope this helps, even though I have no clear answer for you either way... When I have a problem, I want to learn everything about it that I can so I can take the right steps in order to help myself, and I'm sure most people think the same way. Well, I had urodynamics done about a month ago because f...

Yes, it's great to finally have an answer to this problem and how to treat it But 1 1/2 weeks after the exam, my urethra in the penis still feels narrowed, almost completely blocked. Before, I had extreme hesitancy. Now I have near impossibility! Before at least when it came out, it was a solid stre...

Valium and Urination Hesitancy

Ok, I have had extreme urination hesitancy, as referenced in another thread. My Urodynamics shows that my external urethral sphincter is in spasm when trying to urinate. Therefore, My doctor prescribed me Uroxatral, and Valium 2mg. Hopefully one of these will work at relaxing the muscles. Then I rea...

Update: I finally took the Urodynamics test last week (good idea, and bad idea). Bad because I had a shooting muscle spasm during the test, which made my penis/urethra violently spasm and jerk the catheter violently with it. Now 5 days later, my hesitancy is worse, but different...it's like it start...

Thanks for the encouraging words Webslave. I'm certainly hoping that my early actions in taking care of this and all of the advise on this forum is what will pull me out of this hole I've dug. Although I've always considered myself laid back, I've never had such a scare related to my physical health...
