Really? I didn't know you had that problem. Thats interesting.
I think my point was that I don't think that leakage is a problem. I think most guys get this, particularly when they are horny.

I think leakage is normal anyway. I always remember getting some clear discharge back before I had CPPS. I never was concerned about it at all. If Makaveli knew how much the people of this forum suffered from pain hopefully he would realize that posts like this about a very minor issue are cruel. It...

I don't think the Cranberry in Prosta-Q would be a problem. Cranberry juice is acidic, which is a problem for many. But I don't think you can compare the amount of cranberry in Prosta-Q to drinking a glass of cranberry juice. but is seems like the periods when I use Prosta Q my symptoms are worse I ...

I started taking Prelief a few weeks ago. I thought it was only intended to protect against acidity, but not spicy. Am I misunderstanding?

If you are on anti-inflammatories like vioxx, this may be contributing (or causing) your cardiac problems. Vioxx gave me a cardiac effussion (fluid around the heart) I would strongly suggest seeing a doctor about chest pains. I'm sure that Dr. Wise has seen patients from Europe. I wouldn't know of a...

Those are good links MastCells. Thanks. Here's a quote from one of them: Meatal stenosis is a relatively common acquired condition occurring in 9-10% of males who are circumcised. That seems too high to be true. If it is true, maybe most who have it do not also get CPPS, as I did. If a stream is spl...

Just to follow up with this. I saw a cardiologist about this. He feels that there is a definite possibility that the pericardial effusion was caused by the vioxx that I was taking at the time. The problem resolved itself, but only because I stopped taking it. Who knows what would have happened had I...

Must be. Similarly I find that my symptoms are much less when I'm sick with a flu or something.

He only did it by looking and making an educated guess. When I start dilation, I'm assuming it will be measured.

But wouldn't resolving this give it a chance to heal over time? I'm not sure I understand why there would still be pain. Do you mean referred pain from trigger points (such as from the levator ani), or do you mean from damage caused to the urethra and nerves at the location of the pain? I realize th...

what do you mean by "no guarantees"?

Do you mean:

1) that treatment will not fix it
Or
2) that even if it's fixed I can still have the pain

Do you think that at least some of the pain I feel there is NOT referred pain?

I definitely think that I need to treat it.

Meatal Stenosis

Hi guys, I saw Dr. Rodney Anderson last month and in his opinion I have a mild meatal stenosis. This means that the opening to the urethra at the tip of the penis is too small. He estimates that it's a 16, where a 20 is normal. In his opinion this may be causing at least some of my pain. He's recomm...

I would think that something cold would not be helpful in the long run. Heat relaxes, cold tenses.
