Yes this pain was very bad when I first got CPPS. It got better in time as I calmed down and made changes as well as practicing a version of the Stanford/Wise-Anderson Protocol

I know it is real hard to soak all this in. You have your whole life in front of you and the perspective and wisdom you will gain from this condition will put you miles ahead of your peers.
So true those words!

Urethral burning

As most know I am generally doing well with my condition but I cannot understand why after many months without significant urethral burning it should come back so strong. A flare up hasnt passed so quick again. I probably do know why - anything can happen with our pain. But is there a specific trigg...

I have a slightly different view of stress. I think that you should do whatever it takes to overcome it, even if that means a change in work, lifestyle, relationship, abode or attitude. I believe stress to be incredibly damaging to health, based on my own experience, as well as recent studies into ...

Yes its the toughest challenge we may all face but it can be overcome and then you will certainly have a different outlook on life. I always look at all the old posters and how they've got better over the years to lift my spirits. Example - skip back to posts from 2004. Are the posters names you don...

Re: Spasms in my perineum

It almost feels like through my constant moment to moment relaxation I have practiced for 1 year, those muscles are releasing. Not sure what is happening. I'm sure it has to do with fatigued muscles that are trying to heal. Any thoughts?[/
I agree Carl - this happened to me too!
