This is true although I am now going more of an herbal route. Until my procedure I was pretty much pain free. Now its fired up again (probably from the cysto)

Does anyone think the prostate being swollen and congested can cause papilloma growth?

I forgot to mention, the papilloma was removed my last time. So I imagine its just precaution. However, you seem to agree that my CPPS is not due to infection.

Would you guys switch Uro's?

Hey everyone. That last cysto I have revealed a small papilloma. Now I have to go in every 3 months to make sure its clean. I had a cysto yesterday (no tumors) but he said my prostate was still swollen and congested. Congested? He gave me Cipro again which usually does nothing but my sitting pain ha...

I haven't noticed this directly but I do juice 2 apples almost daily and my symptoms have been better. I also started a really strong prostate formula from dr. Shultze. Its saw palmetto and other known stuff but it is pure extract and not like taking that powdered low dose stuff found in stores. I w...

Could it be IC too?

As I have posted before, I just had a cysto which revealed some tumors which the Uro removed. I am waiting on the biopsy from that. I ALSO had a stricture near the tip of my penis. Since the procedure, my bladder is ultra sensitive and weak it seems like. The stricture removal seems like it hasnt he...

How long to heal from stricture removal

I had a scope done at a hospital on Monday to see what is causing this prostatitis. Sure enough, I had a stricture towards the end of my urethra towards the tip of my penis. Now maybe its the location and all that is still swollen down there but I am having major flow problems. How long can I expect...

Had my cysto today, scary

I had my cysto today. It was at a hospital and I was put out. I got them to give me pain killers before I woke to take the edge off and got them to give me Pyridium before leaving. This helped a lot as well. I had a stricture removed near the tip of my penis but the scary thing is he found and remov...

If a stricture is the problem or part of it then a cysto is the only way to find out. I'm getting my second one Mon.

My last one was 4 years ago and I did have a stricture.

Uroxatral side effects?

In my last post I mentioned being put on Uroxatral. As expected, it is putting me in a coma. Will these symptoms go away as I get used to the drug? I feel like I'm out of it.

They love Cipro.

I would do the cysto like you said. I just went on Uroxatral and refilled Cipro myself but my Uro is suspicious of a urethra stricture. I asked him what he thinks If its not a stricture.

He said Prostatitis.

I felt like saying, no kidding buddy.
