Strengthening deep abdominal muscles

I've started seeing a PT who deals a lot with pelvic pain although she mostly treats women and doesnt know much of the Stanford/Wise-Anderson Protocol I'm still going to give it a go. In her opinion the important parts are posture, breathing, stretching and using a physioball to strengthen deep bala...

Lightningtree Ok, so I'm not completely wrong then. I do also of course respect Dr.Wises opinion but I still feel that some of us can benefit from these exercises. I do feel that I could benefit from strengthening the muscle to help me with my PE. I dont agree though with some people who say that co...

The PC-muscle is short for the pubococcygeus muscle. The one you use when you stop urinating. These exercises also known as Kegel exercises are used to strengthen the pelvic muscles. The reason many of the CPPS sufferers dont want to do these is because it can increase the tension we have in the pel...

Early success with PC-exercises!

I know most of you here including Dr. Wise advice against doing PC-exercises but I think I'm making a little progress. The reason I've started doing them is because of PE. After each session I do feel that the muscle gets sore but the exercises is making me much more aware of tension and is actually...

In my case the PE is just as bad when I'm feeling better. A couple of months ago I almost felt no pain, actually I didn't even think about my problem much at all at the time. I still had one major concern though and that was the PE which didn't get any better although my symptoms were significantly ...

I walk for about an hour before breakfast about 4-5 times/week and I always feel a little better when I've done it for a week or two. My symptoms does not disappear but it does reduce the pain.

I also suffer from PE and CPPS and I think theres a connection. I'm wondering though if the PE is caused by CPPS or if its just in my head as a result of anxiety. My guess is that the tension causes the prostate to spasm and ejaculate, its just a guess though. PE is the symptom I suffer from the mos...

Scotsman I've actually contacted Bill and hope that he can see me sometime in August. Hopefully Ill have the time to stay for maybe 3-4 treatments. Has it helped you much and have you learned to self-treat yor TPs? Its a shame that so very few few people know about this condition, treatment should b...

Can flat feet cause CPPS?

I had a little chat with a PT who thought that my flat feet and a bad bed could be the cause of my problems. It does make a little sence since flat feet can cause muscle tension and not sleeping properly is not good for muscle recovery. Has anyone of you ever heard about this?

Yes but cialis only lasts for maximum 36 hours and the last time I took it was a couple of weeks ago. Maybe it was all in my head and worrying about ED actually was the cause or the stretching has increased the bloodflow. Either way I hope it will last!

It still takes a while but its much better. About two weeks ago I took cialis a few times and since then its gotten way better. I've done stret...
