Its now been a couple of days since I've excluded gluten from my diet and I must say the results so far looks pretty good. The first thing I've noticed is that the tiredness I've felt for the last couple of years is now much improved. After eating like a salad or anything without gluten it really fe...

Books on dietary modifications?

Does anyone know of any good books regarding dietary modifications including information about especially IBS and gluten? It would be really nice with a list of what NOT to eat.
I'm really starting to like this theory and today I looked for books in town but couldnt find any good ones.

Thanks

Thought I should add that I always feel very tired often depressed, I've heard that these symptoms often comes from gluten intolerance.
I also sweat a lot, after a 5 minute bike ride my back and forehead is soaked and it continues afterwards for 30-60 mins.

isn't it strange that some of us suffer from premature ejaculation while others suffer from delayed ejaculation and others have neither.
Why is it that symptoms differ so much from person to person, I just dont get it!

Differance in men with CPPS and PE and those with only PE?

I've been wondering if theres any differance between PE sufferers who also suffer from CP/CPPS and those who dont. Why do many of us with CPPS suffer from PE while others dont and what causes it? If CP/CPPS is the cause can regular "cures" given to men without it still help those of us with CP/CPPS....
