a question about erectile dysfunction

Doing a research on the forum, I've found many threads about ED but most of all were a bit pessimistic. I admit to be quite scared, my erection has not been the same for some time, I still can have sex but it's more problematic than before. So I'd like to know if there are people who got their erect...

I realise this has been covered in a number of previous posts (I did do the search) but can anyone give me a definitive reason why, if you've identified a muscle that isn't working properly, (irrespective of any neuropathy) you shouldn't treat it with Botox? Because using Botox can also lead to fur...

Boudreaux, your post, along with a mail from David Wise in which explained me that my symptoms are quite common, is making my day :-D

The external sphincter has crenelations normally. These feel like lumps. Lumps that move around could also be veins. It all sounds normal. Unfortunately the pain is not normal... :( If I touch the internal sphincter I get a considerable amount of pain, especially in the presence of those lumps. It'...

training PTs in trigger point/myofascial release

One big issue for Italian CPPS sufferers is that we can't find PT's who are willing to do things the Stanford way. Recently I've met a PT who was said to be very good for pelvic floor dysfunction. When I've mentioned him about the SP he looked almost pissed off and said that all these things are not...

how do trigger points feel when you touch them?

I apologize if I'll explain myself badly, but English is not my mother language. Anyway, when I touch my anal sphincter I find many strange "things" over it. They feel like granulous spots of different shapes - some are longer, some are just little spots - and if I touch them I get a clear discomfor...

I have bought mine in my local store. I suppose Dilatan can be easily found in all Europe, maybe the best thing could order it from a store in the UK?

I think you can find a similar product in the US, maybe you should ask a proctologst.

I'm not sure I follow you. Are you saying that your tight sphincter is a problem that can't be cured or helped? No, I'm saying that maybe, *who knows why*, my problems in the sphincter are generated by some sort of neuropathy and trigger points are not its cause by the result of that. Obviously I h...

On an interesting note, it must be said that some people on an Italian prostatitis forum swear that Dilatan helped them greatly with erectile dysfunction. I've read more than one post regarding this.

blood in semen: "good" news?

It did happen to me one time or two. Knowing that it's not a particularly worrying event, I was thinking: can this be a precise marker of an inflamed prostate? It might be some good news, but I'll explain myself better. I'm pretty sure that my problems don't come from the prostate, but from muscles,...

I'm trying Dilatan right now. I'm 2 days into treatment and so far I can report a significant worsening of the pain, I'm wondering if it's a coincidence or just a normal reaction.

Scooby, have you ever experienced defecation problems? My CPPS history started with an unexplained defecation difficulty that persists even today. That has lead me to think about some problem with the sphincter, which I surely contract too much.
