Re: Low Libido

Regarding ED, I can point out that last year my erections and libido came back in full force for a period of two full months, then returned at the previous point, which means I can have a sexual life but it's a bit more tricky. Luckily, I still can manage to make my girlfriend happy, so at least I j...

ejaculation dysfunction

Just some questions about this issue, as I haven't found much information with the search engine.

1) is it reversible?
2) does it lead to sterility?
3) when I have sex I ejaculate more than when I masturbate: does it happen to other people here?
4) explanation? (weak muscles?)

Tks.

Like scoobysnacks, I've been lucky enough to never have ED - but my libido was certainly hit during the first 2 years of having CPPS. The pain and discomfort following ejaculation certainly killed a lot of my interest in having sex . Even though I'm back to having sex without any pain I don't think...

let's speak about ED

Searching on this forum I've noticed that many folks who lament about ED problems also tend to disappear. Most of these guys seem to experience ED as a main cause of depression, even more than pain or frequency, and I can really understand why. Anyway, as it's commonly assumed that people who disapp...

My PT also told me it's virtually impossible to do proper self-treatment on internal TPs. This topic really concerns me, as I'm seriously considering to see the Wise team in SF. Living in Italy, I wonder if will be possibile to administer a good internal work by myself, considering that I don't kno...

Speaking about ED, I have found this:

http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/articl ... id=1324914

The fact that CPPS-induced ED often comes progressively make me think that the cause can be rooted in the muscles. After all, tense muscles are way weaker than the norm.

Any toughts?

Pelican, how did you stretch the sphincter? Is there some specific exercise?

Dr. Guercini observes that, in his experience, venous incompetences appear to be more frequent in CPPS patients than in people who lament other problems, ED included.

I know his status is quite controversial here, but I'm wondering if this can be appointed at muscle tension...

About Stanford/Wise-Anderson Protocol

My main concern about SP is that, once returned at home, I won't be able to attend any PT session. So I'm asking, how much you can do by yourself? Is there a way to reach the deeper trigger points alone by themselves? I suppose not, but I'd like to hear the take of somone who's been there.

That doesn't happen to me, but I think it can be a marker of a muscle dysfunction, as well as weak urine stream can be.
