I have been using a wedge with a hole in the back while driving and it has worked good for my pelvic pain and even better for my back pain. I find that the angle helps put the pressure on the back of my spine relieving the pressure on my L4-L5 disk and my L5-S disk.

With all the meds I am taking I don't know about Effexor's other side effects but it sure made my bladder pain go through the roof while I was taking them and it tapped down right after I stopped.

Thank you Alprost and SS,

SS I will not even try to massage the trigger point myself as I am not that flexible. I will have my wife work on it hopefully she has the strength to work in properly.

Happy Holidays all.

I get pain like that a lot of times after ejaculation and it continues until I urinate a couple times. It doesn't usually last for more than a couple hours with me as I usually urinate at least once an hour, a few times in my life it lasted for half a dozen urinations. I would say it is like acid be...

I would also say that I had back pain only at my worst, it was awhile after I had constant golf ball feeling. It was muscular pain feeling different than the disk pain I have had for decades, very localized pain not a shooting pain and much less intensity than disk pain.

It is a very good idea. I had it done with hydrodistention, they use it to check for bladder cancer and hemoirregulars and Hunners ulcers, the latter two are interstitial cystitis symptoms, it is extremely painful if not done with general anesthetic. I have also had one without hydrodistention using...

I use a wedge cushion similar to the one that carld uses , I find it helps a lot if the road is smooth. I can handle a little rougher road if recline this could be because I am 6'2" and weigh 250 pounds and most cars do not fit me well, we do not have the means to own a car that fit someone my size.

I have not had any nerve blocks done on my back, I have had them done on my inguinal canals ( the nerves that go to the testicles ) with no help, they said that they have good results on back p...
