meditation

Relax your mouth, tongue and eyes. I found at start of trying meditation practice that this was the only way to get the relaxation response for me....another tip I have found when you are pretty relaxed is to pretend you are breathing between the eyes just above your nose.

meditation tips and a cd recommendation

Thought some of the tips on this site might be useful for some people. http://www.swamij.com/stepsmeditation.htm I have David Wises tapes but it is always good to try something different every so often. I would get a different relaxation response trying something new (some times). I have listened to...

I personally think in some cases when you are getting treated internally, Tps can go away but unfortunately new Tps can form as well. I can know exactly what alprost is saying when I worked in States I saw 2 physios. 1. Tim Sawyer who basically you can tell knows exactly what he is doing 2. lady who...

abdominals

One point to add about Theracane on abdominals , take your time and work over any tight part a couple of times. I find I press on an area it may not seem like there is a trigger point there, but after I work the area gently for a while, I can then really hit a trigger point after the area is loosene...

my understanding

The way I understand it is if you are intolerent to one food there is a good chance you may have other foods you are intolerent to. But if you avoid these foods for a long period you may be able to start to eat some of them again but not others e.g say I was intolerent to Wheat, milk and eggs if I a...

Personally I would say avoid saw palmeto as to me it is not going to help with your muscles, I tried it for a couple of months and didn't notice any difference from being on it or not in my syptoms, but I guess some people may be different, I think it helps more with BPH I've never considered my bla...
