- just below belly button believe it or not (get a Theracane)
- perineum
- levator ani


could be them all (a time thing the longer untreated the more muscles involved, usually)

well at its worst it is like a setting on the garden hose just a spray, which will improve slightly mid urination, or for example my penis will be pointing in one direction and the stream will be going in another :shock: (very rare, this is making me laugh writing this it shouldn't really .....) but...

I have the spray symptom, which fluctuates from time to time, but my only worry is I always have some spray, is this normal (can't remember what normal is) :roll: as always cheers for input

I recommend a big Tescos GP2 although Sainsburys usually have a good gluten free section, look out for orange chocolate bars, and 9 Bar seed bars.
They also have Gluten free flours, gravy etc. My personal favourite is Rustic rolls (Tescos) nice toasted.
